Special Needs Advocacy Partnership of Leavenworth County, Inc. (SNAP)

We are an organization of and for people with developmental disabilities and their families in Leavenworth County Kansas. Our purpose is to offer a variety of programs to encourage those we serve to become more independent and self-reliant and to advocate for themselves to the extent possible, to provide an opportunity for social interaction and community involvement; to provide education and leadership opportunities.
