 Johnny Boy Foundation collaborates with other community- based organizations to help evaluate and place individuals in the hospitality industry based on skill set and specific needs working with restaurant and hotel partners to select the right individual for the position.

Our “Hand in Hand” program was developed by Steve Greer (Founder/President) and meets core competencies in the workplace as well as specific vocational training for the hospitality industry.
