CDDO is the single point of entry for anyone seeking to obtain Intellectual and Developmental Disability services in the State of Kansas. The intake and eligibility process will determine whether a person qualifies for services by collecting necessary documentation such as an application, documentation of the person’s disability meeting the criteria outlined in the DD Reform Act and available school and other records.
