The Mission Project is a family cooperative model designed to support adults with autism and intellectual or developmental disabilities who are living independently, working in competitive employment, and seeking meaningful connection within a supportive community. Through strong partnerships, individualized supports, and active family involvement, The Mission Project empowers participants to thrive in every area of life.

Our work focuses on lifelong learning, community engagement, employment success, independent living, health and nutrition, social connection, and personalized coaching—creating opportunities for each individual to grow with confidence, purpose, and belonging.
