Get the help you need, where you are.
Our website helps people with disabilities, their families, and caregivers find services and support. Use our directory to find a category matching what you need. Use the categories to locate a list of resources for that service. Follow the links in that list for details and contact information. Or, you can search for a resource by name at the top of the list, and filter by town or by distance from your location. Browse results as a list or in map form.
We Care and Connect Heartland, LLC is a community-driven resource network created to support individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities, as well as those who are neurodivergent. We also serve their families and caregivers. Our mission is to make it easier to access trusted, local resources that foster connection, independence, and quality of life—across every stage of the lifespan, from childhood through adulthood and beyond.
This project is made possible by a generous grant through the Kansas Council on Developmental Disabilities. The purpose of the KCDD is to support people of all ages with developmental disabilities so they have the opportunity to make choices regarding both their participation in society and their quality of life.
